Red, White, and Blue on Thursday!

Teasley Updates

Teasley Families – we want to make sure you are aware of the information provided by School Health Services that may help stop the spread of the flu. Please take time to visit this webpage for the tips and information they have provided. If a child has a lowgrade fever or they are not feeling well, we ask you to please keep them at home.  Those who have the flu (with or without fever) are highly contagious. Please know that we are all working hard at Teasley to disinfect classrooms and sanitize door knobs, hallway and stair railings and other public surfaces.  We hope you all stay well during this flu season!!

Preview videos and other things…

Hi! This week starts the dreaded (by students) division!  So, parents, give your students a heads-up on by previewing these videos.  There are two videos for the two separate math groups.  Please find the one that your child needs for his/her group.  Happy viewing!

Division of Whole Numbers (Group 1) Standard 4.NBT.6

Division on Decimals (Group 2) Standard 5.NBT.7

Spelling words  – Sort 10 – are available to start on as well!  I’ve linked Spelling City to the main page for students to access if doing homework during ASP.

And remember, Science Fair projects are due this upcoming Friday, January 19th.  Projects should be taken to the Media Center for judging.

See you on Tuesday!

Perfect Attendance is… PERFECT!

Congratulations to all the students that have earned Perfect Attendance for the second nine weeks!  This is a huge accomplishment!  These students have earned a tag for their backpacks, a Kid’s Meal from Zaxby’s, and a free dress down day on Thursday, January 11th!
